We highly recommend choosing the insurance option when purchasing from OriginalPoweriZer(Powerstrider and Fly Locust) as we are not responsible for replacing damaged items due to shipping misshandling.

Please contact us and we will send the replacement parts. We require photo proof of all warranty claims.

Your OriginalPoweriZer(Powerstrider,Fly Locust) come with 6 months warrantee. We do not cover general ware and tear.
